We remain confident that Junior Cricket matches will be permitted this summer.
In line with ECB & Government guidelines Junior training can safely re-commence at these times;
- Tuesday 6pm – 8pm (hard ball) 11-15 years
- Saturday 10.30-12 (soft ball) 8-11 years
With the following restrictions
- Groups of no more than six can train together (1 coach, 5 cricketers) with social distancing maintained throughout.
- Therefore slots available will be dependant on the number of coaches/officials in attendance
- All in attendance must be existing members or have registered for this season (£5 membership fee) to attend training
- All attendees must be booked on to the session prior to attending
- No sharing of equipment is allowed (including balls) and the use of personal equipment is desired where possible
Safety Precautions
- Do not use the facility if you or a member of your household is unwell
- Wash your hands before and after the session
- Saliva or sweat must not be applied to the ball at any time
- Equipment should not be shared
- Equipment and Net Area will be sanitised after use by each group
- Toilet and First Aid facilities will be available, though the Clubhouse will remain closed
- Parents/Guardians must remain in attendance for 8-11 years session
- All attending 11-15 training should bring their own cricket ball(s) if possible
