Andy Flower was overseas amateur for Heywood in 1989 (with John Abrahams as pro) and later professional in 1992-1993. With Andy as pro, we beat Middleton in the famous 1993 Wood Cup final, where VD Ball and Mike Kitchen played starring roles.
