SCOOP’S VIEW: Well, the CLL will not be the same again after the rule change was passed at the league meeting last night to change from one division of 16 to two divisions of eight from 2013. Heywood CC open their 2012 League campaign in the Central Lancashire League with the visit of Milnrow on Saturday 15 April.
