HEYWOOD face another key game on Saturday in their bid to bounce back to the Greater Manchester Premier League.
They go to Bolton area side Edgworth with just four games of the season left and six sides battling it out for the four promotion places.
Greenmount are top on 73 points, then it’s: Heywood on 71; Woodhouses on 70; Edgworth on 68; Flowery Field on 66; and Stand on 61.
Chris Kaye, who made such an impressive return to first team action last Saturday at home to Denton, is unavailable. Dale Latham and James Seddon return to the side, and young Harry Vernon makes his senior debut.
The second team have a double header, at home to Woodhouses on Saturday and away to Greenfield in a rearranged game on Sunday. That means the third team game at Worsley has been postponed.
