Under 15′s Aiming To Clean Up Thanks To Blueberry

Heywood Under 15′s are the welcome recipients of new club partner Blueberry Dry Cleaning Co.

The South Manchester based company will have their logo on the playing kit for the coming season and team manager Rob Morley was understandably delighted with the news.

“To have the support of Blueberry and the fact that the team will have matching kit for the season makes a big difference to the players. We are genuinely grateful for the support and we are all looking forward to a good season ahead on the field.”

The company provides quality dry cleaning services and specialise in curtain cleaining, offering a complete service with free take down & re-hang and steam dressing at the window to finish the job.

Blueberry operate across all of greater Manchester, and also offer a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service, utilising the latest technologies and machinery.

As well as supporting the Under 15′s, the company will offer all Heywood CC members a 15% discount across the entire range of services they offer, and can also collect & return dry cleaning or laundered duvets at junior training on a Friday night.

Taylor Cup Moves Back To 40 Overs

Some good news for supporters of junior cricket in that the Central Lancashire League have confirmed that the Taylor Cup for U18′s will be played as a 40 over competition again this season. The cup will initially take the form of a group stage with Heywood in a local group with Rochdale, Norden and Middleton. Click here for more ….

Junior Training @ Siddal Moor

Heywood’s junior teams will get back into training on Sunday 8th February between 12 – 2 at Siddal Moor. As in previous years the sessions will be split on alternate dates between the U15′s and 18′s on one week and the U11′s and 13′s on the alternate Sundays. Emily Carter Earns Deserved Under-15s County Call

Following the recent good news about Jack Morley and Ethan Harding, Heywood have today learned that Emily Carter has been selected as part of the under-15′s Lancashire Girls squad. Morley Earns Place On Lancs Under-13s Squad

The young all-rounder played for the under-12s development team last summer, and was subsequently invited to trial, along with 29 other hopefuls, with the under-13s winter squad. Team Managers Named, Training, And Junior Membership
